About This Project

An emergency response to secure and repair a load bearing column at a retail center that was struck by a vehicle. Initial response included general cleanup, the construction of a durable containment, and installation of proper shoring to safeguard the area. Demolition extended to the footer and a complete rebuild followed. The project occurred during winter months and in front of high profile tenants; cold weather techniques were performed with consideration to tenant schedules.
