About This Project

Akors provided general contracting services for a large asphalt replacement and maintenance project at The Festival At Riva.

An AIA compliant capital improvement project at a large high-traffic retail shopping center. This project included more than 2,000 square yards of full depth (13”) base repair and asphalt replacement in the center’s rear drive lane, and more than 3,000 square yards of full depth (4”) asphalt replacement in the center’s main lot. The project was strategically scheduled to minimize the impact on tenants and customers.
