About This Project

A project to reconstruct multiple failing landings and staircases. The existing concrete units were redesigned to incorporate structural steel encased with finished brick and timber framing finished with composite components. Metal handrails were retrofitted and updated to meet code. Each unit was completed within a strict schedule because residents were relocated during reconstruction.
